Awqaf Property Management and Services Company was established on June 9, 2022, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Awqaf Investment Company—the investment arm of the General Authority for Awqaf. The company aims to enhance the real estate operations ecosystem for the Awqaf property portfolio, maximize its returns, and improve its investment efficiency and sustainability.

At Awqaf Real Estate Company, we manage a diverse and widespread property portfolio across the Kingdom. To ensure efficient portfolio management, we have adopted best practices and the latest technologies. We take pride in achieving a 25% growth in portfolio returns since the company's inception in 2022 and look forward to further enhancing our performance in the future.
